SCARBOROUGH, ON (March 22, 2016) – The Community and Patient Advisory Council (CPAC), in partnership with The Scarborough Hospital’s (TSH) Nephrology program, invite residents of the community to discover The Importance of Kidney Health for All Ages at a joint Community Education Session on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Scarborough Civic Centre.
Environmental Assessment Notice of Commencement & Public Event Study Overview
The City of Toronto has initiated a study to evaluate options for a grade separation between
Steeles Avenue East and the Stouffville GO Transit Rail Corridor (east of Kennedy Road).
Registration for spring and some summer City of Toronto recreation programs, including summer camps, begins at 7 a.m. on March 5 in Etobicoke York, March 6 in Scarborough, March 8 in North York and March 9 in Toronto and East York.
February 15, 2016, marks the 51st anniversary of National Flag Day in Canada when we celebrate this enduring emblem of what it means to be a proud Canadian. On February 15, 1965, Canada’s red and white maple leaf flag flew for the very first time.

How do you want your tax dollars spent? What priorities do you want addressed in the City of Toronto 2016 Budget? How can Toronto meet its challenges through the Budget?
The City’s Budget Committee has embarked on its annual budget process, structuring the financial blueprint for the City. The fiscal plan will be important to residents of Scarborough as it covers city programs and services in our community and throughout Toronto.
I am hosting a Community Budget Consultation Meeting in Ward 39, where you will have an opportunity to talk with City staff about these and other budget issues.
