COVID-19 Updates – April 25 2020
I will be hosting a teleconference next week to help Ward 22’s school children and parents cope with staying at home during the COVID-19 pandemic. I will be joined by our trustees, educators and psychologists who will offer advice on home learning and maintaining mental and physical well-being. Today, I had the pleasure of delivering a donation of 13,000 protective masks to the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC).I want to thank the local stakeholders that have assisted in this endeavour. For details regarding today’s delivery, please click here
This morning I had the pleasure of delivering PPE to all the senior and long term care residences in Ward 22. We delivered over 6000 masks, 10000 gloves, 100 gowns and 80 liters of hand sanitizer. Thankfully all our residents at the homes are COVID-19 free.

I want to thank everyone for joining in the ‘Thank You’ to our Frontline Workers at the Scarborough Grace Hospital today. Over 300 vehicles including those of the residents, the Toronto Police, the Toronto Fire Department, the Toronto Paramedics Services, and the Toronto Zoo drove around the Scarborough Grace to show their support.
