February 7, 2020 – 2019 Novel Coronavirus Outbreak Community Information Session and Community Event Reminders

Dear Neighbour:

Over the past few weeks, the outbreak of the 2019 novel coronavirus has created uncertainty for people in Scarborough-Agincourt. In light of this, I will be hosting a Community Information Session together with Toronto Public Health representatives regarding the outbreak. The Session will:

  • Provide updates regarding novel coronavirus cases in Toronto and Canada;
  • Address measures that the City of Toronto is taking in response to the novel coronavirus; and,
  • Discuss preventative measures that community members can take to reduce the risk of falling ill.
